Thank you for shopping with Zeralvi. We currently ship to customers within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING COST

Zeralvi offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 7–13 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8–16 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our website so we can investigate.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
