Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Zeralvi is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To request assistance with an order, contact support@zeralvi.com and include your order number. Products returned without following the instructions in our Refund Policy may not be accepted.
